The Worker Screening Unit (WSU) within the Department of Seniors, Disability Services and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships (the department) is responsible for managing enquiries about the disability worker screening system in Queensland.
The hours of operation for the WSU are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, excluding public holidays.
