Worker Screening Unit contact information

The Worker Screening Unit (WSU) within the Department of Seniors, Disability Services and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships (the department) is responsible for managing enquiries about the disability worker screening system in Queensland.

Please note: the WSU is currently experiencing high phone call volumes. If you have an application in progress submitted online, you can check the status of your application by logging into the Worker Portal. For non-urgent enquiries, please email WSU using the details below and a response will be provided shortly. Thank you for your patience.


The hours of operation for the WSU are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, excluding public holidays.
